Robinson Outdoors Open House Celebration March 23-24
The clock has yet to strike 11:00am and I have had a full day already. I started out the morning running the three mile loop in the neighborhood. Friends called at 8:00am asking if we wanted to meet them at DeLeon Srings Old Spanish Sugar Mill for breakfast. Lindsay and I quickly jumped in the car and met them at the restaurant shortly after they called. Next we were off to Vo-LaSalle Farms to pick strawberries and wonderfully sweet navel oranges. I am a lucky girl. It may be time for a nap.
Luke 2: 8-12
8 And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. 9 An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. 10 But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. 11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. 12 This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”
I was the registrar for the Volusia County Girls on the Run 5K this weekend. We had over 400 participants. Thank you to all the volunteers, families, run buddies, and girls! The middle photo is of Lindsay…my “Girl on the Run” showing off her eye blacks. http://gotrvolusia.org/
